Censopus Terms
These Service Terms apply to your use of Censopus, in addition to the Validopus General Terms and Conditions. Where the two conflict, these Service Terms take precedence for anything specific to Censopus.
Censopus is provided on a business-to-business (B2B) basis only. By using Censopus, you confirm you are acting in the course of your trade, business, or profession as an assessor or auditor, and not as a consumer.
1. The service
Censopus lets you document a process assessment and generate a report from it. You upload the process standard you are assessing against, as a JSON file or a PDF, scope the assessment, document your findings, and generate a report.
You are responsible for the professional accuracy and content of your assessments, and for the data you enter — ratings, findings, evidence, and notes. Censopus is a documentation and reporting tool: it does not itself certify compliance with any standard, does not verify or validate the data you provide, and generating a report through Censopus does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by Validopus of the assessment’s findings, ratings, or conclusions. Professional responsibility for the assessment remains with you as the assessor.
Review before you rely on it. A generated report is produced directly from the data you entered. You must review it for accuracy and completeness before relying on it or sharing it with any third party, including your own customer. Validopus is not liable for the accuracy of the data you provided, or for any consequence of a report that reflects data you entered incorrectly or incompletely.
2. Pricing and payment
Generating a report costs a flat, one-time fee per assessment. There is no subscription. The exact fee is shown in the app and must be confirmed by you before payment; the price you confirmed at that point governs your purchase.
Payment is processed by Stripe. By confirming and generating a report, you authorize that charge.
Follow-up reports. After your first report for an assessment, you may generate follow-up reports for that same assessment free of charge for a limited period. The exact duration is shown in the application at the time of your purchase and may be adjusted from time to time; the period that applied when you paid for the original report governs that assessment.
3. Refunds
Because a report is delivered instantly on generation, fees are non-refundable once a report has been generated. If a report fails to generate due to a fault on our side, contact us at office@validopus.com and we will investigate.
4. Your data and evidence
For evidence and interview partner information you enter into Censopus — data about people other than yourself — you are the data controller and Validopus acts as your data processor, under the terms described in our Privacy Policy and a data processing agreement available on request. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process this data about your interview partners.
5. Bring-your-own standards
If you upload your own process standard, you confirm you have the right to use and upload it, and that doing so does not infringe any third party’s rights. We are not responsible for the accuracy of standards you upload yourself.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Censopus available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
